Joining the Albert F. Totman Library is an easy process.
Anyone aged 17 and over can get a library card free of charge with a form of identification, i.e. drivers license, property tax bill, utility bill, etc.
Juveniles aged 2 to 16 may obtain a free library card when accompanied with a Parent or Guardian who has an Albert F. Totman Library card. The Parent or Guardian of a juvenile card holder is responsible for all materials borrowed on the card.
The library does not offer family cards.
Library cards are valid for one year. If a cardholders address, phone number or email address changes, it is the responsibility of the cardholder to notify the library of the change(s).
If a library card is lost or stolen, please report the loss to the library as soon as possible. A new card will be issued free of charge for the first card. Successive cards will incur a fee of $1.00.
